Leaving behind his farmer life, Merv Pinny went on to overcome potentially life-changing injuries, to being nominated for best Country-Rock album at New Zealand’s Vodafone music awards, and becoming an internet sensation with OB (Can You Hear the Children Cry).
From dairy farmer, to viral youtube videos, Merv Pinny has never lost his sense of self and his humble attitude.
Dedicated to social justice, Merv Pinny continues campaigning for love and kindness across the globe.
Never satisfied in his efforts, Merv Pinny has spent his musical lifetime writing about, and raising awareness for, global challenges such as war; terrorism and the refugee crisis.
