Pop princess Nancy Black returns with ‘Dirty Little Bass’ EP exploding with pop anthems
The English rose meets pop princess Nancy Black returns with ultimate sass and style in her EP ‘Dirty Little Bass’. The independent singer-songwriter who has collaborated with the likes of Lonzo Starr and Young Robb has adapted her style entirely, making ‘Dirty Little Bass’ one to look out for.
Black started writing from a young age and soon formed an all-girl rock band called Pink Lemons. However once she’d gained the confidence, Black decided to deviate from her musical roots and developed her sound. The more commercial style with dance beats became Nancy’s individual style that everyone grew to know and love.
‘Dirty Little Bass’ is bursting with pop anthems but the emotive lyrics and dance beats control the tracks entirely. The emotional lyrics came from a strange moment of euphoria for Nancy. She went through a major breakup earlier this year with a girl she’d fallen head over heels in love with. The medium of music acted as a form of therapy, producing the highly addictive ‘Dirty Little Bass’.
