Shawney Rainne is an Atlanta-based musical magician whose sound re-energizes the soul with powerful vibrations of hip-hop, R&B and pop. Drawing comparisons to the likes of Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Adele, Rainne is primed to enchant listeners with her upcoming EP ‘Alter Ego’, set for release 19th May 2023.
However, more impressive than Rainne’s magisterial sound are her incredible courage and strength that has enabled her to overcome her past and stand proudly at the helm of her own ship. Having been adopted as a child and subsequently found herself caught in a life of controlling family dynamics, Rainne knew she had to take her power back.
Fast-forward to 2023 and the artist finds her legacy far more meaningful than just music. As well as her own music projects, Rainne has dedicated her expertise to the cause, launching her own organisation Everything But Country Music. Through her hard work and passion, Rainne has spearheaded some of the best music events and fashion shows of the decade, going as far as earning recognition from the Southern Entertainment Awards for her services.
