The Troubadour – BELLE ROSCOE
What a great night this was! I was lucky enough to be invited to check out the brother/sister duo Belle Roscoe play a storming set at the famous Troubadour in London on Wednesday 20th to a largely Australian turn out. Bathed in cool blue lighting they walked on stage at around 10.30pm, and proceeded to fill the entire venue with a warm and infectious energy, setting heads in motion and leaving the crowd shouting for more as they performed numbers from their new self titled EP, showcasing some really impressive vocal harmonies and solid musicianship. We also saw performances from Dan Crook, JoJo Lou and Talmont during the course of the evening. I’ve wanted to see these guys for a while now after hearing about some great shows played during their tour in France and America… and they didn’t disappoint. If you get the chance, go see them – they’re on to big things.
